The guest's side
Guests scan the QR code on the screen and upload from their phone's browser. No app to download. A few moments later, their photo is up on the wall for the whole room.
The prompt to join in is right there, so the wall keeps filling through the night.
Your side
Turn on guest uploads, open the gallery screen on a laptop by the projector, and let it run. It starts with the photos already in your gallery, then checks for new ones as often as you like, from every minute to every ten.
Want to check photos first? Keep approval on for your gallery while the screen still shows what arrives.
