How it works

draw the room. drag the people.

Planning it

Set the room size in metres or feet, then add round, long and square tables and drag them into place. Seats arrange themselves around each one. Add walls, a dance floor and the bar so the plan looks like the room your guests will walk into.

Want a quick start? Apply a room template, or fill the floor with a grid of tables from your guest count.

Seating people

Drag guests from the unplaced list onto a table, or onto a single chair. Rather see it as a list? The table view shows each table as a card with a bar for how full it is.

A guest sits at one table at a time. Move someone and their old seat empties itself, so no chair is ever booked twice.
